What you will do
- Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to raise awareness of graduate opportunities.
- Create a highly effective proposition to inspire top talent to apply.
- Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights for hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews.
- Monitor hiring activities and ensure consistency in operational processes.
- Review and streamline hiring processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Experience in hiring talent in the technology industry.
- Strong data-driven mindset with SQL skills.
- Experience with psychometric assessments preferred.
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews and train stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year.
