What you will do

  • Build and lead a team of engineers in your region with a focus on talent development and coaching
  • Set engineering roadmaps and manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Lead agile software development practices and ensure a healthy engineering culture
  • Contribute technically through code reviews and architectural leadership
  • Collaborate with product managers, other engineering teams, and external partners
  • Manage automated pipelines for image delivery, testing, and publication

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Americas region (home based)
  • Strong technical background in Python and Golang with software engineering experience
  • Experience in engineering management, mentoring, and team leadership
  • Familiarity with Linux system administration and agile methodologies
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate globally
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or related field
