What you will do

• Lead and manage a remote team of engineers
• Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development
• Set and manage expectations with engineering teams, senior management, and stakeholders
• Advocate and advance modern software development practices
• Participate in code and architectural reviews
• Engage with internal teams, open source community, and partners

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in EMEA or the Americas
• Strong knowledge of Linux cloud computing technologies including networking, storage, containers, and Kubernetes
• Proven experience in developing and growing engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or similar
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
• Experience programming in C and/or Go
