What you will do
- Deliver precise and scalable revenue operations for direct, indirect, and online sales channels.
- Lead and develop a team of revenue operations analysts, providing operational support and enablement to sales teams.
- Drive Sales Engagement, CRM, CPQ, and commissions processes to improve overall effectiveness.
- Instrument and report on key metrics including pipeline velocity, sales productivity, and renewals.
- Collaborate with commercial systems engineering to automate sales technology and improve business systems integration.
- Oversee the commercial review process and manage the commission plan, including goal setting and payouts.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership Revenue Operations role driving direct and channel partnership effectiveness.
- Strong analytical approach with a proven track record of using CRM and RevOps technology platforms.
- Undergraduate degree in STEM or Economics.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Must be based remotely in the EMEA or Americas regions.
- Ability to travel internationally up to four times a year for company events.
