What you will do

• Provide HR support and respond to employment and contract inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS with accuracy and timeliness for team member changes and onboarding.
• Own and drive global HR projects such as engagement, training, and culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and people strategy.
• Coordinate new hire processes including documentation and system setup.
• Support benefits enrollment, payroll coordination, and conduct employment file audits ensuring GDPR compliance.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic achievement and internship experience in HR or People teams preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize, and work independently.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential data.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
• Location: Must be based remotely within the AMER region.

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
