What you will do

  • Build joint go-to-market plans with partners, from messaging to pipeline generation.
  • Create and deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, and core content in collaboration with partners.
  • Package hirify.global's product offerings and educational material creatively.
  • Grow hirify.global's partner ecosystem by delivering partner value.
  • Develop hirify.global's partner activities to scale partner programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing and working with strategic corporate partners.
  • Strong customer/partner relationship management skills.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon preferred.
  • Track record of delivering strong results and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to try new approaches.
