What you will do
- Develop and implement search strategies to streamline senior talent acquisition.
- Coach senior leadership teams to enhance hiring outcomes and talent attraction.
- Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python to identify hiring trends and insights.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and provide insights on candidate motivations.
- Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent hiring processes.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias in hiring.
Requirements
- Must have professional experience in executive search or in-house talent sourcing within the Technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python and experience with LinkedIn talent modules.
- Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews and training stakeholders.
- Academic background in Psychology or related people-based subject with good math skills.
- Ability to work effectively remotely with high personal organization.
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for company events.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis and data interrogation.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
- Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
