What you will do

• Develop and implement search strategies to streamline senior talent acquisition.
• Coach senior leadership teams to enhance hiring outcomes and talent attraction.
• Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python to identify hiring trends and insights.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and provide insights on candidate motivations.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent hiring processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias in hiring.

Requirements

• Must have professional experience in executive search or in-house talent sourcing within the Technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python and experience with LinkedIn talent modules.
• Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews and training stakeholders.
• Academic background in Psychology or related people-based subject with good math skills.
• Ability to work effectively remotely with high personal organization.
• Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for company events.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced statistical analysis and data interrogation.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
• Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
