What you will do

• Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule, scope, cost, and resources expectations.
• Identify key technical and project risks and implement mitigating actions.
• Maintain strong customer focus and collaborate with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
• Manage the delivery schedule of critical third-party deliverables.
• Advocate appropriate technologies from hirify.global's portfolio to customers.

Requirements

• Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and relevant project management certifications.
