What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to hirify.global's product portfolio including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers across industries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver customer engagement plans.
  • Manage a customer portfolio in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  • Run weekly customer and business reviews, prioritize blockers, and drive resolution with product and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers internally to influence product roadmaps, documentation, and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of IT-related work experience with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT projects.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to discuss complex software.
  • Experience improving internal processes and delivering customer-related projects on time.
  • Team player capable of interacting across departments and levels.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • English proficiency required; additional Spanish and Portuguese skills are a plus.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRM systems.
