What you will do
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to 's product portfolio including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
- Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers across industries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver customer engagement plans.
- Manage a customer portfolio in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks.
- Run weekly customer and business reviews, prioritize blockers, and drive resolution with product and engineering teams.
- Advocate for customers internally to influence product roadmaps, documentation, and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT-related work experience with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT projects.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to discuss complex software.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering customer-related projects on time.
- Team player capable of interacting across departments and levels.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- English proficiency required; additional Spanish and Portuguese skills are a plus.
