Review the work of your design team for quality
Support individual designers' professional growth
Improve operational workflows and collaborate with Web Engineering
Define and validate outcomes with stakeholders
Evolve design systems and guidelines
Engage with the open source community

Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating outstanding quality in UX design
Exceptional educational achievements in design or related field
Full lifecycle experience from user needs discovery to implementation
Experience managing a team interacting with technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year
