What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle for Monopoly GO’s Live Operations.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to deliver on development objectives.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.
• Track and report on key metrics such as player engagement and retention.
• Champion continuous process improvement and maintain task tracking systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production, ideally in live operations.
• Proven success in managing and shipping live content in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in project management and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
• Deeply player-focused with a passion for quality and long-term engagement.
