What you will do

• Lead and support a team of web engineers, ensuring their growth and engagement
• Contribute technically by designing, implementing, and reviewing web software and architecture
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable user experiences
• Drive improvements in engineering and operational practices
• Participate in debugging, deployment, and technical advocacy
• Set goals, estimate work, and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work remotely within the EMEA region
• Strong background in web development with Typescript, React, or Flutter
• Experience with Linux environments (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to travel twice a year for company events

Nice to have

• Experience with container technologies such as LXD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• REST API design and governance experience
• Performance engineering and security knowledge
