What you will do

• Hire and mentor a team of technical security professionals
• Define and drive SecOps security standards, playbooks, and SOC architecture
• Analyze and improve security architecture and implement new security tools
• Identify, contain, and guide remediation of security threats and cyber attacks
• Contribute to open source threat intelligence and lead SecOps training initiatives
• Develop and track SecOps KPIs and integrate security practices into agile engineering

Requirements

• Proven experience mitigating advanced and nation state threats
• Expertise in SOC architecture, Linux security, and incident response playbooks
• Knowledge of security risk management frameworks such as NIST CSF
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM or equivalent experience
• Excellent business English writing and presentation skills
• Leadership and management ability with accountability for security metrics

Nice to have

• Experience in offensive or defensive security teams
• Experience with open source security tools
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001
• Experience managing security posture of corporate endpoints
