Engineering Manager (Embedded IoT)

Location: Home based - EMEA region with distributed remote work

• Build and lead a distributed engineering team through hiring, coaching, and career development

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency with excellent presentation skills
• Strong skills in Golang, C++, Shell, and embedded software development
• Solid understanding of Linux, preferably Debian or Ubuntu
• Experience in agile development environments and software delivery planning
• Proven ability to develop and grow engineering teams
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience with immutable Linux distributions, preferably Ubuntu Core
• Familiarity with multiple CPU architectures such as ARM and RISC-V
• Knowledge of Linux native containerization and security
