What you will do

Lead and develop a team of engineers, ranging from graduate to senior
Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback
Implement disciplined engineering processes
Support products to meet strict product security requirements
Collaborate with industry partners on security standards

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience with FIPS/Common Criteria certified products
Knowledge of software and application security
Ability to travel twice a year for company events
