What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of LXD and MicroCloud products.
• Mentor and develop engineering colleagues.
• Develop software in Golang and C.
• Review code and ensure product security and performance.
• Provide technical leadership within hirify.global and open-source communities.
• Work remotely with global travel twice yearly for company events.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in EMEA or the Americas
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM.
• Experience with Golang, C, container technologies, virtualization, networking, and storage.
• Strong technical leadership and team motivation skills.
• Experience with distributed and concurrent systems.
• Professional written and spoken English.
