What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers from graduate to senior levels
• Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback
• Implement disciplined engineering processes and measure team health
• Represent the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers
• Collaborate with security engineering leadership and other teams
• Plan and manage progress on goals and projects

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in C and understanding of Linux kernel development
• Experience with Linux Security Modules and software/application security
• Track record of developing engineering talent and delivering high-quality results
• Ability to travel twice a year for company events
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent experience
