What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers from graduate to senior levels
• Work remotely within a single major time zone
• Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback
• Implement disciplined engineering processes and measure team health
• Represent the team in technical presales and stakeholder engagements
• Collaborate with leadership and other teams to achieve goals

Requirements

• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies including Kubernetes, Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Ceph
• Practical experience with Linux and networking
• Experience in technical presales and customer engagement
• Proven leadership skills in coaching and mentoring engineers
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for company and customer events

Nice to have

• Second language skills in Spanish or French
• Python programming knowledge
• Experience collaborating with external partners and internal teams
