What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of field engineers from graduate to senior levels in presales and professional services
• Provide technical presales support and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Manage team health, engineering processes, and project progress
• Represent the team to stakeholders, partners, and customers
• Coach and mentor engineers, fostering career development
• Collaborate with leadership and other teams to drive organizational goals

Requirements

• Must work remotely in a single major time zone
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Ceph
• Experience in technical presales and customer engagement
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and meetings

Nice to have

• Second language skills in Spanish or French
• Python programming knowledge
• Experience collaborating with external partners and internal teams
