What you will do

Lead the creative vision and execution for GSN Casino.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop game strategies and roadmaps.
Oversee all aspects of game design from concept to release.
Research and communicate competitive trends in the gaming industry.
Mentor and develop junior game designers.
Promote standards for player experience and game design processes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in designing mass-market casual games.
Experience in leading game design teams.
Outstanding communication skills bridging business and creative aspects.
Ability to multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
