What you will do
- Translate and communicate key technical requirements for game development.
- Collaborate with external partners like Epic, Apple, Sony, and Microsoft to ensure best tools and resolve technical challenges.
- Lead and mentor a diverse development team across Copenhagen and Vilnius.
- Plan long-term technical strategy, architecture, and anticipate challenges.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across technical, creative, and support teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania
- English: Proficient communication skills required
- Experience as CTO, Technical Director, or Lead managing teams of 10+ people.
- Deep understanding of game development and shipping ambitious titles.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine or in-house game engines with source code access.
- Strong leadership and collaborative communication skills.
