What you will do

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during pre-sales and solution scoping.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and design solution architectures for professional services engagements.
  • Create detailed proposals, statements of work, and collaborate on pricing strategies.
  • Build client relationships and support contract negotiations.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams through knowledge transfer and delivery coordination.
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to continuous improvement of services and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales or technical sales support for software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software platforms, implementation methodologies, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-40% domestically and internationally.
  • Preferred location in major North American business hubs or London.
