What you will do

• Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features.
• Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods and currencies.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance player engagement.
• Investigate economic models for different user segments.
• Build and analyze simulations and predictive models.
• Plan A/B testing and analyze effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience as a game economy manager or designer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• High analytical skills and experience in modeling player behavior.
• Proven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teams.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI tools and simulation creation.
