What you will do

• Own product priorities and scope for a high-performing engineering team focused on authentication.
• Coordinate across engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to deliver impactful products on time.
• Collaborate with product managers across verticals to prioritize systemic enterprise improvements.
• Engage directly with customers to understand product usage and inform roadmap decisions.
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales calls to support customer lifecycle phases.
• Analyze data to quantify impact and opportunities in your product space.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical program management experience delivering cloud solutions at scale.
• Strong customer focus balancing enterprise and SMB needs.
• Technical understanding of network signals, JavaScript, browser, and device identification.
• Experience with attacker evasion techniques and mitigation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software products and market challenges.
• Proven track record shipping secure, data-driven enterprise products in dynamic environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience managing external-facing bot management products.
• Data fluency to work directly with data and persuade stakeholders.
• Technical background or engineering fluency to build credibility with engineering teams.
• Understanding of Internet layers 2 through 7 or similar complex technical domains.
