Frontend Engineer

TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript): Develop and optimize hirify.global's public-facing digital platform with an accent on building reusable components, conversion optimization, and platform performance. Focus on designing scalable website capabilities, developing internal tooling for A/B testing, and ensuring production reliability and site speed.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing and acquisition teams to create high-performing digital experiences driving user acquisition.
• Design, develop, and maintain core architectural components of the public-facing platform ensuring robustness and speed.
• Architect and implement internal tooling for conversion optimization including custom A/B testing frameworks.
• Monitor application health and resolve complex production issues to maintain high uptime.
• Optimize site speed and rendering patterns for best-in-class user experience.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience with monorepos using Turborepo or Yarn workspaces.
• Knowledge of headless CMS integration such as Contentful.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook.
• Skills in build optimization using webpack or Rollup and performance tuning.
• Experience with observability tools like Sentry and Grafana.
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Backend development experience, ideally full-stack capabilities.
