What you will do

• Lead operational execution and growth across Senegal.
• Recruit, train, and manage local teams.
• Prepare and present regular reports to Head Office.
• Research and adapt strategies to target markets.
• Maintain brand consistency and foster strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
• Drive marketing, business development, and operational activities in the region.

Requirements

• Must be located in Senegal with proven experience managing operations in Africa.
• Fluent communication in English and French.
• Minimum 3 years managing marketing or operational teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of African markets, preferably Senegal.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and decision-making skills.
