What you will do

• Design and ship high-converting paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win-back experiences using hirify.global’s no-code builders.
• Lead conversion optimization projects by running discovery, proposing experiments, and interpreting results with analytics tools.
• Create reusable templates, checklists, and patterns to improve paywall and funnel designs.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and advocacy teams to produce educational materials and public-facing sessions.
• Advise internal teams on monetization UX best practices and provide feedback to product and engineering.

Requirements

• Fully remote work capability and comfort collaborating across time zones.
• 5–8+ years of experience designing mobile consumer experiences, especially subscription or purchase flows.
• Strong skills in conversion optimization, experimentation, and analytics interpretation.
• Proficiency in mobile-first product design, UX writing, and modern design tools like Figma.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills for workshops, reviews, and async collaboration.
• Ownership mentality and ability to ship value iteratively in a remote environment.
