Location: 100% Remote with optional offices in Tel Aviv, Phuket, Singapore

What you will do

  • Build and lead the full People function end-to-end including hiring, onboarding, performance, culture, and operations.
  • Implement Tier-1 recruitment processes to attract A-player talent aligned with business priorities.
  • Design world-class remote onboarding and continuous learning programs to accelerate productivity and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, and talent review systems to foster accountability and growth.
  • Optimize HR processes and ensure smooth people operations across a fully remote global organization.
  • Partner closely with CEO and leadership to align people strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head of HR or People Lead in tech companies with business-driven HR functions.
  • Strong operational mindset with data-driven, structured approach to HR and talent management.
  • Experience leading remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in remote settings.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
  • Ability to partner directly with senior leadership and drive measurable impact.
