What you will do

  • Process incoming customer support requests via calls, chats, and email.
  • Work on user retention and manage refunds as needed.
  • Achieve KPIs and other performance metrics set for the team.
  • Participate in developing templates and suggesting process improvements.
  • Maintain refund rates at acceptable levels.
  • Conduct meetings with team lead and team members.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service for English-speaking markets.
  • English proficiency level B2 or higher.
  • Comfortable remote work conditions (stable internet, quiet environment, and a working computer).
  • Customer-oriented, open, and willing to help and solve customer problems.
  • High level of stress resistance.
