What you will do
- Process incoming customer support requests via calls, chats, and email.
- Work on user retention and manage refunds as needed.
- Achieve KPIs and other performance metrics set for the team.
- Participate in developing templates and suggesting process improvements.
- Maintain refund rates at acceptable levels.
- Conduct meetings with team lead and team members.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service for English-speaking markets.
- English proficiency level B2 or higher.
- Comfortable remote work conditions (stable internet, quiet environment, and a working computer).
- Customer-oriented, open, and willing to help and solve customer problems.
- High level of stress resistance.
