TL;DR
Senior UX Designer (SaaS): Leading the design for Network Infrastructure Observability, influencing a massive-scale platform and evolving shared design system and component libraries. Location: Hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays mandatory) in Brno, Czech Republic.

What you will do
- Lead the design for Network Infrastructure Observability (NIO).
- Influence a massive-scale platform and evolve shared design system and component libraries.
- Transform complex networking data into intuitive solutions.
- Drive the UX vision from discovery to production-ready deliverables.
- Partner with Product and Engineering as the advocate for clarity.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS products or complex B2B applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-driven product experiences.
- Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking.
- Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and large-scale workflows.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for network monitoring, observability, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with incident management workflows and performance dashboards.
