TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (SaaS): Leading the user experience for hirify.global Observability – Logs, simplifying massive data volumes into actionable interfaces with an accent on advanced filtering and AIOps analytics. Focus on transforming complex log insights into elegant solutions for IT professionals.

Location: Hybrid mode, minimum of 3 days at the office in Brno, Czech Republic (mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Salary: Cash allowance for meals of 95 CZK per working day

What you will do

• Lead the user experience for hirify.global Observability – Logs.
• Simplify massive data volumes into actionable interfaces.
• Directly influence a massive-scale platform and evolve our shared design system.
• Own the UX strategy for log observability.
• Drive the UX vision from research and ideation to high-fidelity deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS or data-intensive applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing log analysis, data visualization, or workflow-driven designs.
• Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking.
• Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and filtering mechanisms.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for log management, observability, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with incident response workflows and troubleshooting dashboards.
