What you will do

• Collaborate with product analysts and stakeholders to align analytics engineering roadmaps with business needs
• Build and maintain reusable data models and metrics using dbt
• Manage data architecture, documentation, and transformations for internal and third-party data
• Enhance product analysts' efficiency through data products and knowledge sharing
• Develop strategic data products and advanced analytics solutions
• Follow best practices in system design and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, dbt, and Apache Airflow
• Experience in data modeling and analytics architecture for large data volumes
• Strong system design and architectural skills focusing on scalability and maintainability
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau
