What you will do

• Create realistic face likeness models from scan data and references.
• Refine 3D scan heads for production-quality modeling and texturing.
• Develop and paint detailed facial textures using advanced techniques.
• Bake texture maps for facial assets and optimize for animation.
• Collaborate with rigging and character teams to maintain quality and style.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to models and textures.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Gurugram, Haryana, India
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and realistic skin texturing.
• Proficiency with ZBrush, Maya/Blender, Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
• Experience with baking maps and blendshape workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Knowledge of shader setups for realistic skin materials.
