What you will do

• Provide detailed demonstrations, training, and presentations of video collaboration products.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to create tailored video collaboration solutions integrating hardware and software.
• Support sales teams and partners in pre-sales technical inquiries and concerns.
• Lead discussions on VCaaS/cloud services interoperability with platforms like Google, Teams, and Zoom.
• Develop partner engagements to drive sales, deployment, and adoption of video collaboration solutions.
• Continuously expand technical, sales, and competitive readiness through industry events.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Tokyo, Japan
• 8+ years selling UC&C solutions with strong understanding of video collaboration technologies.
• Proficient in integrating complex solutions and understanding IT networks and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (required).
• Proven organizational leadership and strategic thinking.
