What you will do

• Manage and mentor SOC analysts through incident triage and remediation.
• Perform deep-dive incident analysis and data correlation using the hirify.global Platform.
• Assess impact on critical systems and address vulnerabilities.
• Support threat detection through machine learning and advanced threat modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve security posture and compliance.
• Develop team skills and assist engineering with compliance and security requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Noida, India
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in security with 2+ years in AWS Security and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI and SOC.
• Advanced skills in incident response, log parsing, threat intelligence, and forensics.
• Experience with advanced threat modeling methodologies (OWASP, STRIDE, PASTA, Trike).

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications.
• CEH or OSCP certifications.
