TL;DR

Senior Data Analyst (Acquisition & Virality): Analyzing user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and measuring the impact of initiatives to drive growth for a data privacy company with an accent on SQL data querying, experiment design, and KPI reporting. Focus on uncovering bottlenecks in acquisition funnels, optimizing go-to-market efforts, and translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)

What you will do

  • Act as a dedicated BI partner for the Growth - Acquisition & Virality team, proactively scoping analytical needs and defining tracking requirements.
  • Use SQL to query, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to analyze user journeys and uncover opportunities for scalable acquisition and engagement.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate) to validate hypotheses and quantify impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models in Power BI and Amplitude to monitor program performance and surface actionable insights.
  • Define, monitor, and report on core KPIs (conversion rates, viral coefficient, attribution) and provide data-driven recommendations that influence strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on B2B SaaS GTM performance and funnel analysis.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Expertise in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Amplitude, or similar) for creating dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of growth and marketing KPIs, including acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion, and virality metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and metrics.
  • Proven track record of analyzing and supporting successful acquisition strategies.
