Successful candidate should have:
- Consistent 10+ years’ experience in the role of GM / COO / CFO with international manufacturing companies;
- Familiarity with Russian legislation related to trade and production operations, experience in finance reporting consolidation, business analysis & budgeting, as well as proven experience in operational efficiency improvement and change management;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English or/ and German.
