What you will do
- Develop and implement annual CRM plans aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
- Drive CRM KPIs including new user recruitment, activation, retention, and loyalty engagement.
- Lead campaign planning and CRM content coordination across multiple platforms including WeChat and e-commerce.
- Leverage CRM data and dashboards to generate actionable consumer insights.
- Manage CRM and WeChat agencies to ensure quality execution and ROI.
- Supervise brand CRM managers and support CRM transformation projects.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Shanghai, China
- 6–8 years of CRM or consumer engagement experience, preferably in luxury or beauty.
- Strong operational experience in CRM campaign execution and data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics such as Salesforce and Power BI.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; experience in international environments preferred.
