What you will do
- Assist customers, consultants, and partners through various support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Triage and manage reported problems.
- Update ticket tracking systems with current support statuses.
- Create Knowledge-base articles for self-help tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software support or similar roles.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience with Java/J2EE applications.
- Familiarity with Application Servers like Tomcat or Weblogic.
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience.
