What you will do

• Lead design, development, and delivery of mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native and native languages.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create innovative and intuitive user experiences.
• Architect and maintain high-performance, reusable, and scalable codebases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile app performance.
• Drive engineering best practices including unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India (onsite)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Expertise in React Native, Swift, and Kotlin/Java native development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle and release management.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks.
• Exposure to large-scale mobile deployments with MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jenkins, Kibana, JIRA.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
