What you will do

Deliver exceptional end user support via Helpdesk & Triage services.
Oversee user endpoints with a focus on security and functionality.
Integrate IT systems to optimize operations and enhance efficiency.
Champion automation initiatives across IT operations.
Manage the user application portfolio and ensure effective support.
Provide basic technical support for AWS Marketplace services.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in End User Services, specializing in helpdesk & triage support.
Proficiency in user endpoint management tools such as JAMF and Kandji.
Expertise in IT system integrations and automations.
Experience in user application portfolio management.
Knowledge of user provisioning processes, particularly with Okta.
Basic AWS ability to provide technical support for marketplace services.
