Product Manager (LiveOps): Lead the development and execution of LiveOps strategy for UFL's meta-game with an accent on designing live events, player engagement, and monetization systems. Focus on creating scalable LiveOps tools, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Paphos, Tbilisi, or Remote

What you will do
- Lead design and evolution of LiveOps systems and content pipelines for UFL's meta-game
- Create and own a long-term LiveOps roadmap supporting engagement, retention, and monetization
- Launch and optimize seasonal events, time-limited modes, and live campaigns
- Collaborate with game design, analytics, production, monetization, and tech teams
- Use player data and behavioral metrics to improve engagement loops and reward structures
- Define and refine LiveOps planning, QA, and iteration processes
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in LiveOps or Product Management in live-service games
- Proven track record of designing and running successful in-game events and live campaigns
- Deep understanding of meta-game design, player psychology, and progression systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to define KPIs for LiveOps success
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
