What you will do

• Coordinate SAP-related projects focusing on MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules.
• Support integration of SAP, MES, and other enterprise applications for smart factory operations.
• Analyze business requirements, design As-Is/To-Be processes, and identify improvement gaps.
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Communicate project status and vision to stakeholders and global teams.
• Represent project team in global workshops and influence process design decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of ERP experience including SAP modules MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM or Oracle applications.
• Experience in smart manufacturing or factory operations; MES knowledge is a strong plus.
• Strong SAP functional expertise and programming skills (VBA, C#, Python).
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
