What you will do

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve recurring issues.
  • Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the EV charging industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
