Location: Onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do
- Gather and translate user and stakeholder feedback into structured requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with hardware, flight control, ground control, and systems engineering teams to define development tasks.
- Own and maintain the Jira backlog, coordinating prioritization with product leadership.
- Lead and participate in PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate testing efforts and work closely with QA engineers and technical specialists.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv or ready to relocate.
- 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager roles, preferably in hardware, embedded, or defense environments.
- Strong skills in gathering user needs, prioritization, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with product validation and test case creation.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between engineering, business, and support teams.
- English proficiency sufficient for international collaboration (B2+).
Nice to have
- Understanding of tactical ISR UAV platforms and ground control stations.
- Experience working with governmental or military institutions.
