What you will do

• Own the end-to-end production process for Pilot shoots, from planning and scheduling to execution.
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to scale content production and increase engine efficiency.
• Build and maintain a reliable talent roster of creators, influencers, and patients for ongoing shoots.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, and creatives to answer briefs and solve production logistics.
• Produce large-scale brand campaigns for TV and BVOD, including managing external crews and post-production.
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and rights agreements to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in social content or advertising within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead small to mid-scale shoots, managing crew, gear, and schedules.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of production planning, supplier management, and stakeholder communication.
• Existing relationships with local suppliers, freelancers, and production crew.
• Demonstrable experience through a professional demo reel or portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience with paid social or performance-driven content.
• Directing experience or 1st AC skills.
• Background in producing integrated multichannel campaigns.
• Art direction experience or basic editing/camera skills.
