Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure)

Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure): Develop and maintain mission-critical infrastructure and developer tooling supporting billions in fintech transactions with an accent on cloud infrastructure, resilience, and developer productivity. Location: Remote with in-person collaboration expected for NYC area employees

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Build and manage cloud and on-prem shared infrastructure
• Develop developer tooling to improve engineering productivity
• Contribute to Rust and Python infrastructure as code projects including Pulumi
• Participate in on-call rotations for infrastructure systems
• Design and improve system resilience and observability
• Collaborate with internal teams to support production workloads at scale

Requirements

• Location: Remote with expectation to work onsite three days a week if based in NYC area
• At least 2 years experience as infrastructure team member or SRE
• At least 2 years experience as software engineer
• Strong experience with AWS and Linux systems
• Experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and relational databases (Postgres preferred)
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code in Rust, Python, and scripting languages
