Salary: $168,000–$210,000 USD annually (for California-based positions)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the architecture of hirify.global’s marketing web platform using Next.js, Sanity, and Vercel.
• Lead full-stack feature development from concept to deployment collaborating with design, marketing, and external partners.
• Design scalable CMS schemas and APIs to support flexible content creation and page building.
• Develop reusable, performant front-end components in React/TypeScript aligned with brand design systems.
• Improve site performance, accessibility, and SEO using modern best practices and data-driven insights.
• Optimize development workflows including CI/CD pipelines and preview environments.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of professional web development experience including full-stack or front-end leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript, React, Next.js (App Router preferred), and TypeScript.
• Experience with headless CMSs, especially Sanity, including schema design and content APIs.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, SSR/SSG, and edge deployment strategies (Vercel, Cloudflare).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional creative teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in California, USA with hybrid in-office collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vercel edge functions and Sanity Studio customization.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of web security, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance metrics.
• Prior experience in marketing engineering, design systems, or brand website ecosystems.
