Senior Engineer (WAN): Managing and optimizing regional ISP connections to ensure high availability and performance with an accent on contract negotiations and SLA management. Focus on troubleshooting cross-regional connectivity issues and enhancing network reliability.

What you will do

Manage and optimize regional ISP connections.
Lead contract negotiations and SLA management with ISP vendors.
Perform daily network operations and maintenance.
Troubleshoot cross-regional connectivity issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
Collaborate with IT teams across security, infrastructure, and development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in WAN management.
Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience with Aruba networking products.
Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
