SAP Basis Technical Lead: Ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of the SAP landscape while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams. Focus on managing SAP systems, providing expert support, and influencing the design of SAP infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (Warszawa, Poland)

What you will do

Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP systems and databases.
Manage operating systems and technical infrastructure for SAP environments.
Provide expert SAP Basis support to functional and technical teams.
Collaborate with IT Operations for new technology controls.
Plan and execute SAP transport management and upgrades.
Mentor colleagues and contractors within the SAP Basis team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
2+ years of SAP HANA database administration experience.
3+ years of experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server.
Strong background in Windows environments; familiarity with Linux is a plus.
SAP Certification and exposure to SAP Solution Manager are assets.
